Hazel, 99 years, beloved wife of the late Elmer Webster, mother of Lorraine and Kathy. Hazel passed away at the Souris Personal Care Home on March 5, 2026.
A funeral service will be held at a later date. Notifications will be posted prior to the service. In memory of Hazel may be made to the St. Paul’s United Church Box 899 Souris, Manitoba R0K 2C0 or a charity of your choice.
