FLORENCE POLSON March 17, 1922 - February 17, 2006 Mary Florence Kathleen Graham Polson (nee McCarthy) passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, February 17, 2006 with her loving family by her side. Mom was born in Selkirk MB on March 17, 1922 to Philip and Annie McCarthy. Florence (Bub to her siblings) was the eldest of seven children. When Konnie's health deteriorated, they had to leave the mission work and return to Canada. In January 1962 their fourth child, Philip was born. Florence and Konnie spent the rest of their years together in the West End of Winnipeg, working and watching their children grow. Florence was predeceased by her husband Konnie in 1987; parents, Annie and Philip McCarthy; sister Margaret (Reynolds) Reid, and her in-laws.
