CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL PRESTON September 28, 1946 - July 1, 2006 In the early morning of Canada Day, a kind heart left us. It is with profound sadness we announce the accidental loss of a husband, father and friend. Born in Shipley, England, Chris graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor in Science in Engineering in 1972. He enjoyed working as a professional engineer till his demise and wore his Iron Ring with pride. Christopher is lovingly remembered by Jocelyn (wife of 34 years) and the most precious jewel of his life, daughter Jocelyn (J). Also to cherish his memory is brother Peter, Cynthia and nephews, Macky and Rory. We will be celebrating his life on Friday, July 7 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street.
