Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPHYLLIS ELIZABETH PRUDEN (nee PARK) 1917 - 2006 It is with great sadness and deep sorrow that the family of Phyllis Elizabeth Pruden announce her peaceful passing, Thursday, December 14, 2006 at the Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg. She was one of 17 children born to Henry and Margaret Park of the Matlock and Selkirk area. She leaves to mourn her passing her children: Don (Anne) Ranchie, Marie (Ron) Christie, Shirley Wilman, Catherine Kerenko, Kenny (Linda) Pruden, Darlene (Gary) Swarbrick, Conrad (Sherry) Pruden, Terry Pruden, Donna Olsen, Gwen Pruden, Tyler Pruden, 50 grandchildren, 73 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by children: Lorrraine Pruden (Infant), Frank Pruden (1966), Yvonne Pruden (1990), Cecil Pruden (1991), Kim Draper (1993) Always a homemaker and mother, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Seeing young children always reminded her of her children's early years and remembering them like that would bring a smile to her face. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Thomson Funeral Home with viewing one hour prior to service. Interment will follow in the St. Clement's Churchyard.
