NADIA HOPE PODOLSKY With sadness the family announces the passing of Nadia on December 11, 2006 at the age of 58. Nadia will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her daughter Catherine (Ray); mother Jessie; sister Pat (Bob) Hyrich; brothers, Ernie (Thelma), Alan; and sister-in-law Madelene; nieces and nephews, Cheryl, Jason, Chris, Kenton, Amy, Andrea, Melissa, Kyle and Godson Curtis. She will also be remembered by her good friend Diana, who would call her daily. Nadia was predeceased by her father Nestor, brother Myron and longtime friend Steve. Nadia was born in Vita in January of 1948 and resided in Sirko, Edmonton and Winnipeg. She had been employed at Canada Permanent Trust, Air Canada and Bill Knight Flooring. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at Glen Eden at a later date. Donations can be made in memoriam to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
