RON EMIL PULL It's with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Husband, Father, Papa, Brother, Uncle and Friend, Ron Pull, on Sunday, February 11, 2007, with his family by his side. Ron was born on January 8, 1940. He is survived by his loving wife Mary Ann (nee Good) of 34 years; his daughter Brenda (Denis) Woods; grandchildren, Charla, Brady and Rylee; brother Ed (Marie) Pull; sister Sheila (Dave); sister-in-law Alice (Wally) Brazil; brother-in-law Brian Glesby; Uncle Babe Pull, and his faithful companions, Timmy and Tommy. Also mourning his loss are his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Don (Sylvia) Good, Kitty Stewart, Enid Coburn, Jack (Pat) Good, Gloria (Jim) Ackland, along with many nieces, nephews and friends. Ron was predeceased by his parents, John and Jean Pull; brothers, John, Bob and Manley; sister Shirley Glesby, and sister-in-law Pat Pull. Ron was employed at C.N.R. for 37 years, retiring in 1994. In recent years he worked at Adesa, a place he loved to go everyday and where he made many friends. Ron served as a councillor for the Town of Stonewall from 1978 to 1989. Ron was a very quiet, patient and gentle person who devoted his life to his family, community and friends. He had a wonderful sense of humour and loved to tease. Pallbearers will be Denis and Brady Woods, Ken, Jim and Randy Pull, and Bob Mozdzen. All family and friends are considered to be Honorary Pallbearers. If friends so desire, memorial donations can be made to the Southwest District Palliative Care, Box 1282, Stonewall, MB, R0C 2Z0. The family would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses of the Stonewall Hospital, Home Care staff and Palliative Care for the wonderful care and compassion given to Ron. Funeral service to be held on Thursday, February 15, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of arrangements.
