LAWRENCE B. WALUS At the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home in Charlottetown, PEI on Sunday, May 13, 2007, Mr. Lawrence B. Walus of Charlottetown and formerly of Winnipeg, MB passed away at the age of 56 years. Beloved husband of Pat Walus (nee Plourde), Lawrence will also be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his parents, Bernard Bunny and Jean Walus; his brothers, Ken (Lori) Walus and Tom Walus of Winnipeg, MB; his mother-in-law Gemma (Adelin) Robichaud of St. Louis-de-Kent, NB; brothers-in-law; David (Irene) Plourde of Ottawa, ON, Robert (Yvonne) Plourde of Clair, NB, Maurice Plourde of Ste. Anne, MB; sisters-in-law; Ginette (Leo) Lablanc of Dieppe, NB, Rosaire (Gisele) Plourde of Moncton, NB. His niece Ashley and nephew Colin Walus will always remember him as Uncle Pizza . He will also be missed by his three nieces and seven nephews and one grand-nephew, who were recent additions to his family. He was predeceased by his sister-in-law Mirelle Plourde. Prayers will be held on Thursday, May 17 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 18 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 250 Burrin Ave. with Rev. Henryk S. Laciak presiding. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. If so desired, memorials in Lawrence's memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
