MARY REBEC It is with great sorrow and sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear Mother and Grandmother on Saturday, May 19, 2007, at Victoria Hospital at the age of 82. Left to cherish her memory is her son Greg; daughter Kathryn (Kerry); and her grandchildren, Karson and Kade; numerous nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by her parents William and Katherine Lesuk; brothers, Ed, Peter, Paul, Anthony; and sister Anne. Mom was born on September 9, 1924, in Winnipeg, the youngest of six children. In her younger years Mary was employed with Pauline Chambers where she made lifetime friendships. In her later years she enjoyed knitting, needlepoint, bingo and seeing her grandchildren. The family would like to send a special thank you to the I.C.U. at the Victoria Hospital and the Misericordia Health Centre for the care and compassion that our mother received. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 24 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street, with Rt. Rev.
