THOMAS PRYSTUPA (GIGI) October 5, 1917 - September 12, 2007 Peacefully with his family at his side Tom passed away on September 12, 2007. Tom moved to Warren from Saskatchewan with his wife Minnie and family in 1946. Tom was predeceased by his wife Minnie in 1996, son Larry in 1978 and son-in-law Harold Severson in 2005. Tom was the only remaining sibling from his family of nine: John, Joe, Anton, Dick, Leo, Alex, Mary, and Anne. Left to mourn his passing are Amel (Marlene) Prystupa; Lorraine (Nick) Yasinsky; Ann Severson; Ted (Ann) Prystupa; Eugene (Mavis) Prystupa; Rosalie Prystupa (Jack); Raymond (Caroll) Prystupa; Lynn (Harold) Langrell; Rodney (Arlene) Prystupa; along with 29 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren plus one on the way; many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Dad loved people, music, farming and most of all his family. Prayers will be held at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall, on Sunday, September 16 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Woodlands Catholic Church on Monday, September 17 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
