Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMADELEINE BURLEY (nee CAPON) Peacefully at the Grace General Hospital on Sunday, October 14, 2007, Mrs. Madeleine Burley of Winnipeg, Manitoba, passed away at the age of 94 years. She leaves to mourn her passing two children: Ray Burley of Winnipeg and Rosalie (Wilbert) Sumner of Thompson; six grandchildren: Tara (Daryl), Michael (Lisa), Shaen (Karen), Kelley, Shannon (Scott) and Pat; five great-grandchildren: Bradley, Casie, Steven, Christopher and Lotey. She also leaves to mourn one sister Lorraine Major; and numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Dosithé Burley in 1978; and by 10 brothers and sisters. With respect for her wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral mass will be celebrated in the Blessed Sacrament Church in Elie, Manitoba, on Friday, October 19, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. with Father Mike Nwosu officiating. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation or to CancerCare Manitoba.
