JEAN HENRY AMBROSE PRUDEN It is with great sadness the family announces Jean's passing on November 27, 2007, at the Selkirk General Hospital. Left to mourn are his wife Dorothy; daughter Carla and granddaughter Xandra Lee; sisters Alice, Madeline, Ruth, Virginia, Georgie, Carol and Heather. He was predeceased by his parents Ambrose and Georgina; brother William and sister Victoria. Jean was born in Poplar Park, MB, but spent most of his life in Selkirk, MB. He spent three years in the army; when discharged joined his father and brother in the water well drilling business, retiring in 1990. He also was a member of Selkirk Legion Branch No. 42 and over 60 club. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 30 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. The family would like to thank the Selkirk Emergency Unit and the ambulance staff for their care. Flowers are gratefully declined; donations may be made in Jean's memory to a charity of your choice.
