ISABEL RATHBONE Longtime Winnipeg resident, Isabel Rathbone passed away peacefully on December 15, 2007, at the age of 90. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Louise (Ray), son Allan (Irene), sister Cora (Ted), grandchildren (Anne, Christopher, Sandra, and Emily), and numerous nieces and nephews. Isabel was predeceased by her husband (John Otis), her sister Dorothy and her brothers Harold, Jack, Percy and Ron. She was an active member of St. Anne's Anglican Church and the West Kildonan Horticultural Society. After moving to Victoria, she visited Winnipeg annually to catch up on the lives of her friends from her days as a secretary at Morrison Elementary School and to reconnect with many other friends and neighbours. In lieu of flowers, should friends desire, donations may be made to the Canadian Wildlife Federation or to a charity of their choice.
