Bzawy (nee Yurkiw) of Edmonton passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the age of 74 years. Rose is survived by her loving family; Gale Hope, Beverly (Mark) Insley, Karen (Bruce) denHeyer and David (Lisa) Bzawy; six grandchildren, Anthony Hope, Jordon and Marina Insley, Lauren, Vanessa and Alyssa denHeyer; two sisters, Leone (Brian) Kaukinen and Shirley (Bruce) Henderson; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her parents, Doris and William Yurkiw. The family wishes to extend sincere gratitude to the doctors, nurses, staff of Unit 52 at the Grey Nuns Hospital for their considerate and compassionate care given to Rose throughout her illness. Funeral Rite Thursday, January 17 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Andrew's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 9831 75 Street, Edmonton, AB. Right Reverend Father Victor Lakusta officiating with interment in Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
