E. JEAN PRITCHARD (NEE KEANE) 1915 - 2008 Peacefully on February 18, 2008, Jean passed away at the Golden West Centennial Lodge at the age of 92. Jean will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by: children Margaret (Dave) English and Sharon (Roger) Pritchard-Swenson (daughter-in-law); grandchildren Jason (Michelle) English, Colleen (David Fletcher) English, Marnie (Jim) Hebert, Jeff (Darlis) Pritchard, Carol (Dennis) Pritchard; Dorothy Keane (sister-in-law); ten great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Jean was predeceased by her mother and father John and Margaret Keane, husband Cliff, son Brian, sister Marjorie (Joe) Englot and brother John Keane. The family wishes to acknowledge and thank the 5th floor staff at GWCL for their attentive care, and Pat and Shirley Englot for all their support. Jean previously worked for Eaton's and McLeods. She volunteered with the Salvation Army during the 1950 flood. She also volunteered with the Red Cross Blood Donor Clinic as well as Seniors Transport, arranging trips and luncheons for senior citizens in Winnipeg. In observance of her wishes, no funeral service will be held. If family or friends so desire, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way Winnipeg, Manitoba R3T 0R3.
