Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIE DIANE THURSTON (nee BARTHELETTE) 1943 2008 Suddenly, after a brief illness, Diane was called home to the Lord, on March 30, 2008. She was born in Marchand, Manitoba. Diane was predeceased by her mother and father, Rose and Cyprien Barthelette; sisters, Alvina Bachlund, Ruby Fillion and Marie Jean Kafka. She leaves to mourn her passing her loving husband of 46 years, Howard; her six children, Allan (Linda) Thurston, Audrey (Daron) Campbell, Todd (Paula) Thurston, Troy Thurston, Gayle (Tony) Leclerc and Maureen (Troy) Thomson; her brother, Lloyd (Jeanette) Barthelette; as well as her ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Diane will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, who was always there for each and everyone of her children and grandchildren. She especially enjoyed all of the family events and celebrations. She will be sadly missed by all! Funeral services will be held Friday, April 4, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home.
