GERDA JOHANNA BROSZEIT 1925 - 2008 Gerdie entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 1, 2008 at Selkirk, MB. She was born near Friedensthal, MB on Friday 26, 1925 to Alfred and Natalia Broszeit. Gerdie was predeceased by her parents, two sisters in infancy, brothers Helmut; Edmund and Harold. She is survived by sisters Erna Geiler of Emerson, MB, Agnes Hoffman of Winnipeg, MB; sisters-in-law Marion and Helen, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Gerdie lived near Emerson, MB until 1961, then moving to Selkirk, MB until her passing. The family would graciously like to acknowledge the Angels of Care at the Selkirk Mental Hospital, you are truly special. The funeral service for Gerdie Broszeit will be held Friday, August 8, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Emerson, MB with interment to follow in the Emerson Cemetery. Viewing will be at the church prior to the service. In memory of Gerdie donations may be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church Memorial Fund. Wiebe Funeral Home Altona in care of arrangements.
