Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLINDA PRUECKLER (nee SIIM) Born July 28, 1909 in Tartu, Estonia. Died peacefully October 20, 2008 at Riverview Hospital, Winnipeg. She was predeceased by husband Max, sisters Ilse and Salme, brother Alfred and nieces Eha and Ellen. Left to cherish her is her niece Lya and grand nieces and nephews. Linda came to Canada in 1927 settling eventually in Montreal where she married Max Prueckler. Many happy summers were enjoyed with the Smith family at Lac Desert. In 1979 they moved to Winnipeg. Her friendly smile and personality will be missed by all those whose lives she touched. Special thanks to her friends who helped and cared for her in her latter years in so many different ways and to the staff at St. Boniface and Riverview Hospitals who cared for her in her final weeks. Linda requested no service or wake. Her cremation was entrusted to Thomson in the Park.
