GERMAINE BEAUDIN (nee LANDRY) Peacefully with her husband by her side at the Foyer Valade, Germaine formerly of Somerset, MB passed away on Monday, November 3, 2008 at the age of 60 years. She was predeceased by her father Germain Landry in 1996, her brother-in-law Michael Lafrenière in 1998 and her mother-in-law Alfreda (nee Lachance) in 2006. Germaine leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 38 years Louis, her children: Louise (Jason Brown), Michel, Marie (fiancé Chris Ritchie) and Alain (fiancé Effie MacKinnon); her grandchildren: Zacharie, Quinn and Xander Brown; her mother Madeleine (nee Farbacher) Landry; her sister Lorraine Lafrenière; her father-in-law Roland Beaudin as well as many other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank the entire staff at the Foyer Valade for their compassion and dedicated care given to Germaine in the last four years. They would also like to thank everyone who were involved in her care during her illness. Your kindness was much appreciated. Funeral mass will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 8 at Holy Family Church, 778 Archibald Street, celebrated by Father Marcel Damphousse . Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Germaine's name to the Foyer Valade, 450 River Road, Winnipeg, MB R2M 5M4 or to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 10-120 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 9Z9.
