He was predeceased by his parents, Alfred and Mary and his younger brother Bill. Left to mourn are his wife Til; his daughter Kim; his son Don; his grandchildren, Carley, Holly, Kyle, Danielle and Vanessa; his brother Richard and his sisters, Pat and Phyllis. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Frank's life will take place at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 29 at Neil Bardal Inc., 3030 Notre Dame Avenue, across from Brookside Cemetery.
