CRAIG REDDEN It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Craig Douglas Redden, who was born on February 6, 1956, in Sudbury, Ontario. Craig passed away, suddenly, in Los Angeles, on Thursday, November 20, 2008, at the age of 52, as a result of a heart attack. Craig was a real force of nature, always enthusiastic and excited to see what lay ahead. His first love was his family, followed by his friends and colleagues and the joys and challenges of his career in the entertainment lighting industry. Craig is survived by his loving wife and true soulmate, Judith Williams-Redden and their two children, Terrell (14) and Chelsea (4). He was the much loved grandson of the late Charlie and Grace Johnston and predeceased by his parents, Margaret and Glenn Redden. He will be missed by his brother Rick; sisters, Beverly, Sandra and Linda; aunts, Jean, Rosemary, Florence, Ann, Sharon and Leda; his many nieces, nephews and extended family. Craig will also be missed by Seaford and Ismenie Williams and all the members of the Williams family. A private funeral service will be held on the morning of Monday, December 8, 2008, followed by a celebration of his life, which will take place at 7:00 p.m. that evening at Winnipeg's Burton Cummings Theatre. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Craig Redden family account through any RBC Bank; these funds will be used to establish a trust for Craig's children.
