Bertha is survived by her daughter Doris Van Buren, of Vernon, BC; three grandchildren, Michael, Jeffrey, and Michelle and their families. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon and son Ronald. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of the second floor at Parkview Place for their care. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, January 5, 2009 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, with viewing one-half hour prior to service.
