JEANNE ESTHEL TOPLEY (BRECKON) Died peacefully in her sleep on January 25, 2009 at Tall Pines Long Term Care Centre in Brampton, Ontario. Many of her family were fortunate enough to comfort Jeanne in her final week. Jeanne was born June 19, 1924 in Emerson, Manitoba the youngest and remaining sibling of seven. Jeanne was the beloved wife of the late Glenn Stuart Topley. Loving mother of Michael Topley and his wife Maureen of Truro, Nova Scotia; Marilyn Dixon and her husband Jim of Toronto; Joanne Talbot and her husband Tom of Brampton; David Topley and his wife Jennifer of Mississauga; and Barry Topley of London. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Heather, Stephen, Kevin, Ryan, Stephanie, Tyler, Briana, Chad, Jesse and Maxwell. Jeanne was a beautiful, understanding, and genuine person. Her spirit shone through always, and she was a constant joy to her family and friends. Jeanne's life was full of love and she will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew her. Jeanne spent her last years at Tall Pines Long Term Care Centre where the resident staff adored her. Special thanks from the family for the loving care and attention by all the staff. A tribute to Jeanne's life will be held in London, Ontario in June 2009. She will be buried alongside her husband Glenn at Memorial Gardens in London.
