Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARITA WAGNER (nee KREMER) April 27th, 1950 - March 10th, 2009 It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of their mother, wife, oma, Marita Wagner on March 10th, 2009, at the age of 58. Rita went in peace with her husband by her side at the Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana Mexico. She will be sadly missed and always remembered by the love of her life, Kurt. She also leaves her two children, Marco Wagner, Sandy Ranville (Derek). Her memory will live on in her two grandchildren, Brandan and Amber-Sky. Rita was born and raised in Germany and together with her husband Kurt and her two children moved to Canada, where they owned and operated the Kurt's Schnitzel House in Wawanesa and the Gasthaus Gutenberger in Winnipeg. Besides time well spent with the family, Rita also enjoyed spending time tending to her garden and spoiling her grandchildren. She was a person extraordinaire a mentor to many and will be missed dearly. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2009 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg Manitoba. Chapel Lawn 885-9715

Lieber Kurt, vielleicht erinnerst Du dich noch an mich Silvia , die Halbschwester deiner Frau. Wie viele Jahre sind vergangen und wir haben nichts von einander gehört. Warum eigentlich ? Ich weiß es nicht . Das letzte Mal als ich mit Rita telefoniert habe war an Papas Geburtstag den 23.12. aber welches Jahr . Es war auf jeden Fall vor 1993 . da ist Papa gestorben. Warum brach der Kontakt von Rita zu Papa kurz vorher ab . Papa hatte weiter geschriebn aber die Briefe kamen unbekannt zurück. Papa war darüber sehr traurig. Ich habe mich nie um Familie gekümmert zwar oft an sie gedacht aber in meinem Leben war nie Zeit für die wichtigen Dinge. Gestern habe ich aus Zufall vom Tod Ritas erfahren ,weil meine Tochter ihren Namen im Internet eingegeben hat. Ich bin darüber sehr traurig und hätte mir gewünscht das wir Kontakt behalten hätten. Ich habe eurer Bild bevor ihr nach Kanada gezogen seit im Wohnzimmerschrank . Meine Schwester war in Gedanken oft bei mir und habe sie nie vergessen.
