EDOUARD (EDDY) COTE Peacefully at the Repos Jolys, at the age of 91 years, Edouard Eddy Côté passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2009. Eddy leaves to cherish his memory his sister Rachelle Belair of Kenora, Ontario as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents François and Emma (née Tétreault) and by his seven sisters and two brothers. Eddy was a humble, kind-hearted, gentle and loving soul. He was known for his kindness, willingness to assist, his patience and for his always pleasant, polite and quiet disposition. C'est toujours avec un sourire authentique qu'Eddy révélait une personnalité exceptionelle et une volonté bien arrêtée. Il possédait également une remarquable mémoire. Doué d'une belle voix et avec son amour de la musique, Eddy rendait heureux tous ceux qui l'entouraient. Jamais il ne refusait l'occasion de chanter pour les autres, que ce soit au Manoir ou au Repos Jolys. Funeral mass will be held at St-Pierre-Jolys Roman Catholic Church in St-Pierre-Jolys, MB on Thursday, June 18 at 11:00 a.m. with viewing one half hour prior to service. Father Antoine Vo Van Hoa officiating. Special thanks to the doctors and staff of the Centre Medico Social DeSalaberry District Health and the Repos Jolys PCH for all their help and caring support.
