MARY ELLEN RANCOURT (nee HELEN RICHARD) September 24, 1942 June 11, 2009 With sadness, we announce the sudden passing of wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother on June 11, 2009 at Health Sciences Centre. Helen was predeceased by her children Darryl, Eugene, and Darlene; her parents Telfer and Sarah Richard; her brothers Wilfred, Lawrence and Maurice. She leaves to mourn her husband George; daughter Pat (Steven); son Gilbert (Bernice); grandchildren Keith, Sam, Chris, Jamie, Angel, Melissa, Shantel, Lawrence, Kimberly, Tabatha, Sharon, Lisa, Kimmy and Laz and numerous great-grandchildren. Helen will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Jenny (Maurice), Georgina (Joe), Albert (Shirley), Marjory (Oliver) and Brian. Helen's favourite pastime was bingo, playing VLTs, bowling and singing karaoke with family and friends at the Brooklands. Special thanks to the medical staff at Health Sciences Centre GD4 and SICU units. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 20 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment to follow in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. Honourary pallbearers will be all her grandchildren. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
