Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRAYMONDE DESAUTELS (nee SAURETTE) It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Raymonde on Tuesday, August 25, 2009, at her home with her children by her side. Raymonde is lovingly remembered by her children: Mona (Tom) Strutt, Elaine Dorge (Mel Fedeniuk), Jacqueline (Tom) Comber, Bryan Desautels and Robert Desautels. She will also be remembered by grandchildren: Danielle, Chantale, Cory, Ashley, Bradley, Melanie, William and Chelsea. She was predeceased by her husband Camille, parents Alma (nee Bouchard) and Paul Saurette, and great-grandchild Peyton. The children would like to thank Doctors Chantal Delay, Christian Larivière, Marcelo Garcia, and Kate Hockridge RN, and the staff of the St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit as well as the home care workers for the excellent care given to our Mom. Prayers will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 27 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons Street. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 28 at Saints-Martyrs-Canadiens Roman Catholic Church, 289 Dussault Avenue, with Father Marcel Toupin presiding.
