EDNA JANE BOUCHARD (nee MARNO) Edna Bouchard was born December 2, 1912 in Bethune, Saskatchewan and passed away August 24, 2009 at the Maples Personal Care Home at the age of 96. Left to cherish her memory are her son Al Bouchard (Jocelyn) of Coquitlam BC, daughters, Annette (Brad) Buchan, Arlene Williamson and Myra (Glen) Amer. Her sister Agnes Hodge, sister-in-law, Evelyn Marno of Porcupine Plains, SK, 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Albert, brother Lance and sister Lillian. At the request of the deceased a private family funeral was held at St. Paul the Apostle Church on August 28, 2009. Pallbearers were Mark, Edward and Lee Buchan, Patrick Amer and Paul and Roger Hurtubise. Afterglow Id like the memory of me to be a happy one, I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun.
