MAUREEN ANNE THOMSON June 22, 1951 October 26, 2009 Maureen Thomson (nee Tyndall) passed away peacefully at home, with family members at her side, following a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Maureen took the greatest pleasure in her grandchildren, Zachary, Rylee, Ethan, Isaac and Thomas, who will all greatly miss their Nana. Moe will also be sadly missed by her sons, Donnie (Marilyn) and Jeff (Wendy), daughter Sheri Wedman (Jeff), and daughter-in-law Shelly; as well as a wide circle of family and friends. A Celebration of Maureen's life will be held on Friday, October 30 at 11:00 a.m., at the Whitemouth Community Centre with Pastor Jack Frederick officiating. The family extends a special thank you to the Whitemouth Home Care staff and Dr. Spence for the help and support they provided to Maureen. In lieu of flowers, if friends and family so desire, donations in Maureen's memory may be made to Whitemouth Redeemer Lutheran Church or a charity of your choice.
