SUSANNA SAWATZKY (nee WIEBE) It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our Susanna Sawatzky (nee Wiebe), Great-Grandmother, Grandmother, Mother and Sister, on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at the age of 82 years. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Ben Sawatzky in 2006. She is survived by four children, Debbie, Stan, Bob (Ruth), Troy (Evelyn), nine grand-children and a great-grandchild. Susie was a patient, caring, kind and loving person who was happiest spending time with her family. Susie and Ben spent many years either hosting garage sales at their home at 46 Ellington St. or renting stalls or tables at either The Wigwam, The Freighthouse, Minto Armouries or The Mandalay Flea Market. Mother loved to collect jewellery, rings especially intrigued her, as did the Toronto Blue Jays and their associated memorabilia. As per Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held to honour her on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Wheeler Funeral Chapel at 211 Regent Avenue West.
