JOYCE CALDWELL Peacefully, with her family at her side Joyce Caldwell passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at the St. Boniface Hospital after a lengthy illness. Joyce will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 46 years, William, sons: Jeff (Tracey), and their children, Kenzie, and Delaney; Kelly (Janice) and their children William and Sydney; her brother Frank (Cheryl) Neniska and their children as well as many loving friends. Joyce lived her life through her family and children; she was an avid hockey mom, who was there for every practice and game. This also included time as secretary of the Transcona Minor Hockey Association. She was also involved in the Winnipeg Irish Association as a longtime member with her husband William. Joyce's greatest passion was her family, nothing brought her more joy than being a mother and a grandmother, and she will be sadly missed by all of us. In keeping with mom's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, November 25 at 2:00 p.m in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald Street. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire donations in memory of Joyce can be made to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, 675 McDermot Avenue, Room ON1160, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
