Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOUGLAS LEON SANDERSON June 1, 1942 - November 30, 2009 It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Leon (Johnny) Sanderson on Monday, November 30, 2009 at the Health Sciences Centre. He will be lovingly remembered by his partner Maureen, his brothers, Garney (Marliss), Lance and Aubrey (Linda), his sisters, Darryl, Terry, Shelley (Dan), Denise (Rick) and Charlene (Pat), his many nieces and nephews and stepfather Les (Setzuko). Predeceased by mother Audrey Hornick (Chase) and father Lawrence Sanderson. Leon was a firefighter with the Air Force stationed in Germany and France. Later he worked as a lather but was willing and able to help family and friends. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul. A special thanks to his nurse Ellen.
