NANCY ISABEL THOMPSON Nancy Isabel Thompson passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 2, 2009 at Concordia Place at the age of 80 years. Isabel leaves to mourn her children, Henry Johnston, Anthony Johnston, Joanne Thompson, Clay (Mary) Johnston and Yvonne (Mike) Johnston; stepdaughters, Margaret, Doreen, Edith and Maria; sisters, Dorothy, Lena, Mary (John) and Bella (Fran); numerous grand-children and one great-grandchild. Isabel was predeceased by her common-law husband, Frank Johnston; four sons in infancy; son Warren in 2005 and stepson John in 1994; her parents William and Ida; her sisters and one brother. A wake service will be held on Monday, December 7, 2009 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. (noon), at the Bread of Life Ministry, 1338 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB with Pastor Richard Sanderson officiating. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Bill Thompson, Melvin Johnston, Conrad Pruden, Brian Johnston, Stephen Johnston and Matthew Johnston.
