RENE RANVILLE October 17, 1953 - December 7, 2009 With heaviness in our hearts we announce the passing of Rene Ranville. Rene was a loving husband to Brenda, beloved father to Rob (Vanessa), Frances (Jamie), Adelle (Dan), Jessica (Thomas), Amanda (Dez), and Sara and a doting grandfather to Victoria, Kaitlynne, Matthew and Jude. Brother to 12 siblings and their spouses, Uncle to over 60 nieces and nephews and missed by his loving mother-in-law Esther McIntyre and sister-in-law Donna. Rene was predeceased by his parents Emile and Mary Ranville and father-in-law Don McIntyre, his sister Valerie, brothers Gordon and Brian, sister-in-law Marlene and his nieces Patsy and Jennifer. Rene was the youngest son of a Proud Manitoba Metis Family who loved music and laughter. He believed in Jesus and travelled for many years with his Tape Ministry. He was a friend of many hundreds, even in the most farthest corners of Canada. A Memorial Service and Potluck will be held at Bread of Life Church, 1338 Main St. in Winnipeg on Sunday, December 20, 2009 from 1:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m. In Lieu of Flowers, the family respectfully requests donations for Rene's Children's Education Fund.
