STEFAN (STEVE) POJE On January 25, 2010 at his residence, Steve passed away at the age of 70 years. Steve is survived by his two daughters, Toni (Wes) Ducharme and Jennifer (Ken) Slobodesky, and two grandchildren Olivia and Nathan. He also leaves to mourn his one sister Frances Jakovac and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Antonia and brother Henry. Steve was born in Slovenia and immigrated to Canada in 1958. He was a hard worker who took pride in his family, friends, and Slovenian community. Steve had a special love for Olivia and Nathan who meant the world to him. Dad, you are now in peace and finally you are together with Mom in Heaven. We know she waited for you with open arms. Love you and miss you both very much, until we meet again. A private service was held. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
