NICHOLAS REBENCHUK It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of Nick Rebenchuk on Friday, March 19, 2010. Left to cherish and mourn Nick leaves his loving wife of 63 years Mary, daughters Patricia (Jerry), Marilyn (Moe), Adelle (Walter), five grandsons Cory, Jeremy, Tyler (Thant), Brian and Kevin, sister Anne Chastko, extended family members and friends. Nick was born in Erickson, MB on December 22, 1922. Nick married Mary in 1946 and they were blessed with three beautiful daughters. Nick taught school in Western MB district and then changed his career to Canada Post, where he was employed until his retirement in 1986. Nick and Mary had many adventures, exploring such places as Hawaii, the Caribbean Islands, going on cruises and RVing around the continent where many treasured memories were made. The family would like to thank the staff of The Winnipeg Convalescent Home for their caring and compassion shown to Nick. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Winnipeg Convalescent Home, 276 Hugo St. N., Winnipeg, MB, R3M 2N6. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. with visitation half hour prior. We will miss you dearly Chapel Lawn 885-9715
