CALVIN ANDREW POLLOCK June 27, 1965 - March 11, 2010 It is with great sorrow that his family announces Calvin passed away on March 11, 2010. Cal was predeceased by his mother Beryl in 1993 and his uncle Rudy in 2009. He is survived by his spouse Gerard Godin of Toronto; his father Cal Sr.; sisters, Leslie Cassiram and Lorene Anderson (Grant) of Winnipeg; his aunt Violet Tittler (Konrad) of Richmond, BC; his uncle Stewart Birnie (Donna) of Gilbert Plains, MB, and many cousins and friends. Calvin was born and grew up in Winnipeg. He attended Pierre Radisson Collegiate where he was nicknamed The Brain and then U of M. He later moved to Toronto and graduated as a sound recording engineer. Intelligent, talented, generous and kind; he was a wonderful person. A music lover and animal lover. It was an honour to have known and loved him. He will be missed more than words can say. Thank you to those who have expressed their sympathies to the family. For any who wish, donations may be made to Winnipeg Humane Society or Canadian Cancer Society in his name.

Calvin - you are my brightest, fondest, happiest memory of my childhood in Winnipeg I wish I could have known you as a young teenager or adult Our paths diverged early but I have never forgotten listening to you play Elton John songs on your piano or the acceptance and caring your mom and dad offered, the warmth and friendship of your two sisters and the special trips we’d take to spend an afternoon downtown with your Baba. - Posted by: Wayne Malcolm (Friend) on: Feb 12, 2025

I miss you all so much. I have a family photo of you that I say "hi" to pretty much every day. Gone too soon, all of you. I love you very much, and I will see you again one day. (Michele Tittler xo) - Posted by: Michele Tittler (Cousin) on: Sep 17, 2018

Calvin, you are still in my memories. It has been over 3 years since we lost you. Now both your sisters are gone, too. I hope you are all together now somewhere, laughing and having a great time. I hope we meet again! - Posted by: Pam Peden (Friend) on: Oct 04, 2013
