ROBERT JOHN RAEBURN (BOB) July 5, 1955 - April 28, 2010 Peacefully on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 Bob passed away at the age of 54 at Health Sciences Centre, with his wife by his side. Bob was predeceased by his mother, father, nephew, two brothers and one brother-in-law. He is survived by his loving wife Mary; sisters Wendy and Susan (Larry); sister-in-law Glenda; four kids; 10 grandkids; many nieces and nephews, and many more family and friends. Bob was a gentle, loving, caring person who was always willing to lend a hand and offer advice to anyone in need. He had many passions in life including Harley Davidson motorcycles, BBQ's, cooking, model cars, and quality time with his wife. He had a wealth of strength, courage and a deep passion for life. Although his many illnesses continuously tried to slow him down, it never stopped him from enjoying his family and friends. Bob was at his happiest with his wife by his side. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten. As per Bob's wishes there will be no formal funeral. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of his life with his family and friends will be held at a later date. Special thank you to Matt and the many nurses at Health Sciences Centre who kept Bob smiling and comfortable.
