DR. WILLIAM O. PRUITT, JR. A memorial meeting for Dr. William O. Pruitt, Jr. will be held Saturday, May 29, 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Assiniboine Park Pavilion (upstairs in the galleries), Winnipeg. Friends, family, colleagues, and former students will be getting together for a few hours to share our memories of Bill Pruitt, who died December 7, 2009. This will be an event as Bill would have liked it: not fancy, not sentimental or churchy, and definitely not formal. Wear whatever you wish. Please feel free to bring your spouse. If you have photos, please bring them to add to the displays we'll have set up. There will be an opportunity to speak to the group, for anyone who would like to say a few words.
