MILDRED IRENE RACH (nee GODKIN) 1919 2010 It is with sadness the family announces the death of Mildred Irene Rach on June 12, 2010 at the age of 90 years. Mildred lived all her life around the Morden area. She was a lifetime member of the Hospital Ladies Auxiliary. In her earlier years she was an active member of the Ladies Curling. She greatly enjoyed the companionship of all her friends in Legion House 2. Mildred is survived by her family: Shirley and her husband, Laurie Langrell of Winnipeg, Caroll and her husband, Jerry Pozgaj of Lethbridge, AB; Jack and his wife, Sharon Elliot of Lac du Bonnet. She is also survived by grandchildren, Lori Lyn and husband Mike Burrows of Winnipeg, Kevin and Paul Langrell of Winnipeg, Jeff and his wife, Virginia Hayhurst, Dean and his wife, Sheri Hayhurst, Kirk Hayhurst of Lethbridge, AB, Keri Elliot of Lac du Bonnet and Lisa Elliot and husband, Neil Belcher of Winnipeg; great-grandchildren, Brenden and Jesse Burrows, Tavia Hayhurst and Ashley Hayhurst; one sister Marjorie Godkin as well as numerous relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her first husband, Harold Elliot in 1964 and second husband, Oliver Rach in 2004. At Mildred's request, cremation has taken place and there will be no memorial. Private family ash interment will take place at a later date at Chapel Cemetery in Morden. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of Boundary Trails Health Centre for their dedicated service.
