RAFAEL (PAENG) MATES OMEGA Peacefully with family by his side, Rafael Omega passed away at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 71 years. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Lucia, children, Chanda (Clint), Jeff, Malu (Mat) and Dino; sisters Dina (Jun), Prose (Mark), Sally, Lenore, Delia (Johnny); his grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends and relatives in the United States and Philippines. Viewing will be held on Sunday, October 17, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to midnight at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. with prayers at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 18 at St. Gerard Parish, 45 Foster Street.
