KATHERINE (TENE) BUECKERT (nee KLASSEN) December 26, 1922 - November 10, 2010 With great sorrow, the family announces the passing of our Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother, Katherine Bueckert. She was predeceased by her husband, Jacob on March 29, 1996. Katherine leaves behind her loving children, Ron (Jennie), Ed (Joanne), Rick (Beverly), Marlene (Chuck), 11 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Katherine was a devoted and loving person. Her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, meant everything to her. She always had a treat for all. Her belief in God helped her and guided her through trials and tribulations in her life. Katherine enjoyed visitations (which were many), travelling, fishing and playing cards. Special thanks to the staff at the Metropolitan Kiwanis Courts for being Mom's second family and being there in her times of need. We greatly appreciate the condolences expressed to our family. Also, special thanks to everyone at the Grace Hospital for their care and compassion for Mom and our family. Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
