Date of Passing: Nov 15, 2010
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM ALFRED CLARKE (PAGOOSE) April 11, 1942 - November 15, 2010 After a courageous battle with cancer and with his family by his side, Dad passed on the evening of November 15, 2010. He will be lovingly missed by his wife of 46 years, Mona; their daughters, Debbie (Mike), Bonney (Walter), Lisa (Frank) and Renata (Kenny), and grandchildren, Greg, Justin, Corey, Thea, Matthew, Dylan, Tanisha, Alex, Julianna, Kassandra and Gabriel. Also left to cherish his memory are many immediate, extended and adopted family members and friends, too numerous to mention. Dad faced many life challenges with dignity and grace. He has now transitioned from this physical life to a well deserved place in Heaven. Family and friends will miss his calm, supportive and loving presence, which he freely shared with all who knew him. Remember Me To the living, I am gone. To the sorrowful, I will never return. To the angry, I was cheated. But to the happy, I am at peace. And to the faithful, I never left. I cannot speak, but I can listen. I cannot be seen, but I can be heard. So as you stand upon a shore, Gazing at a beautiful sea - Remember Me As you look in awe at a mighty Forest and it's a grand majesty - Remember Me As you look upon a flower and Admire its simplicity - Remember Me Remember me, in your heart, your thoughts and your memories of the times we loved, the times we cried, the times we fought, the times we laughed. For if you always think of me, I will never have gone. The celebration of Dad's life will take place with wake services at the residence of Mona Clarke on Wednesday, November 17 and Thursday, November 18. Prayers and viewing will take place on Friday, November 19, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the residence of Mona Clarke in Norway House, MB. Interment will follow at the St. Mark's Anglican Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Dad respectfully requested that a donation be made to the St. Mark's Anglican Church.
