MARY BEER (nee THIESSEN) 1947 - 2011 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on Friday, January 28, 2011 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre, Mary Beer, aged 63 years of Morden, MB. She is survived by her husband, Morley Beer of Morden; her daughter Florence and husband Don Foster of Manitou, her son, Darcy Beer and wife Sandra Ott of Winnipeg, four grandchildren, Melissa, Stephanie, Hannah and Chloe as well as six great-grandchildren, four sisters and two brothers. A private family memorial was held on Friday, February 4, 2011 at Wiebe Funeral Chapel in Morden. Ash interment will take place at a later date. Our family would like to sincerely thank everyone who cared for mom, including the staff at CancerCare Manitoba and the Boundary Trails Health Centre, including Doctors Menzies, Woelk, Harding and Bashir. We would also like to thank all of the family and friends who supported mom through her illness. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's memory to either the Boundary Trails Health Centre Palliative Care Unit or CancerCare Manitoba.
