TERRENCE MATHEW PREMACK May 16, 1969 - February 2, 2011 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend Terrence Mathew Premack. Terrence passed suddenly on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the age of 41 years, while vacationing in Varadero, Cuba. Left to mourn Terrence's passing is his wife Chasity; daughter Alena; son Anakin; mother L. Rose; father Lawrence R.; brother Lawrence L. (Gwen); dear friends Mary-Ann Toth and Bennett Kyle; as well he also leaves behind many friends and family too numerous to mention but whose lives he has touched forever. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Anthony and Cecile Leclair; paternal grandparents Sophie and Michael Premack; as well as great-aunt Victoria Kay (Stupak). Terrence was a family man. Family was first and foremost in his life. He will always be remembered for the cheer and warmth he brought with him everywhere. On Wednesday, February 16, 2011 Terrence's Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. in Westminster United Church, 745 Westminster Ave., Winnipeg, MB with Rev. Robert Campbell, presider. A reception will follow in the A.N.A.F. John Osborne #1 (Army Navy Air Force Legion) - 1395 Ellice Ave. at Empress (across from Wal-Mart, Polo Park).
