VERONIQUE RAYNAUD (nee BOHEMIER) With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. Mom passed away on May 10, 2011 surrounded by family at the Villa Youville in Ste. Anne's, Manitoba at the age of 86 years. Véronique was born in St. Norbert, Manitoba, daughter of Alexandre and Evelina Bohémier on April 10, 1925. Mom married the love of her life, René, on September 17, 1949. Mom and Dad lived and raised all of their children in Lorette. She was predeceased by her husband and soulmate, René, seven brothers, three sisters and two grandchildren; Mom is survived by her six children: Denis (Sandra), Gisèle (Alan), Marcel (Diane), Fernand, Gilles (Nicole), Philippe (Kim), 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, three sisters and two brothers, along with all their spouses. Mom was a woman of great faith, courage, dedication and was cherished by all. The family would like to give thanks to the doctors; staff at the Villa Youville, home care workers and visitors. Special thanks to Sister Irene and Sister Marguerite, friends and family for their prayers and support. In keeping with Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Friday, May 13 at 1:30 p.m. in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald Street.
