RETIRED S/SGT. J.S. WILLARD (BILL) RAMSAY R.C.M.P. On Friday, June 17, 2011 Bill died at Grace Hospital at the age of 90 years. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in Blessed John XXIII Roman Catholic Church, 3390 Portage Avenue with Rev. Fr. Gerald Langevin, presiding. A longer obituary notice will follow in Monday and Tuesday's newspaper edition.
