ARTHUR PULAK Peacefully on Sunday, September 11, 2011, Arthur Pulak passed away at Holy Family Nursing Home at the age of 105 years. Prayers will be held on Thursday, September 15 at 7:00 p.m., at St. Andrew's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 160 Euclid Ave. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, September 16 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Church.
