Jack was born on June 27, 1937 in Stuartburn, Manitoba. Jack was predeceased by his wife Lorna, parents John and Justina, and brother Abe. He is survived by his wife Marge, sons Terrence, and Robert (Sheila), grandchildren Aaron, Adam, Rachel, and Hannah; his brother John (Mary), sister Mary (Jake), sister Susan, sister-in-law Rose, and many nieces, nephews and friends. He lived his life for the Lord and spent many years preaching in northern Manitoba. He loved his sons, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren deeply. He had a 30 year career with Winnipeg Transit, which he loved, as a driver, inspector, and supervisor among other positions. In 2009 Jack retired, after 41 years of looking after the needs of all the tenants at 135 Niakwa Rd. He also enjoyed coffee with his friends, especially Joe and Ed who were an important part of social life and was enjoyed by everyone. He also made the most of every opportunity to help anyone in need and lived fully by his beliefs. In accordance with Jack's wishes a private family funeral has taken place.
