RICHARD BRIAN FIRTH November 10, 1945 - December 14, 2011 With his family by his side, Rick lost his battle with heart disease. Left to carry on his memory are his wife Linda, his daughter Tracey (Kirk), his son Brian (Lisa), and four grandchildren, Scott, Robert, Martin and Emily. Rick also leaves behind many much loved friends who he held close to his heart. Rick had many business adventures in his career before retiring from Harris in Calgary, AB and moving back to Winnipeg to be closer to his family. He loved a good game of golf, fishing, and traveling with Linda and Sunday suppers with his family. Cremation will take place and a celebration of Rick’s life will be held at Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Ave. West, Thursday December 22, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Thank you to the doctors and nurses at the St. Boniface Hospital ICCS ward.
