She leaves to mourn her husband, Rene Benoit, son Aidan, daughter Jaylen, mother Wendy Thomas, sister Candace (Craig), brother Christopher, niece Taryn, nephew C.J, father Steve McKay and and stepfather Roger Thomas. Wake service and viewing will begin at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, February 12 at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Ryan Fray officiating. CRYSTAL WAS NOT ONLY A REALLY GOOD FRIEND BUT SHE WAS A SPECIAL GIRL THAT WE ALL LOVED. WE ALWAYS HAD GOOD TIMES IN SCHOOL. SHE ALWAYS MADE ME LAUGH. SHE IS A BEAUTIFUL SMART WOMAN. Crystal was one of the nicest and sweetest girls I knew. Crystal was a really good friend, mom, daughter, sister. Crystal and I go way back to when we were kids... grade 5 age 9, our teenage years together and out mother hood. We have so many memories. I remember when we went to our little preteen dances and the bar for the first time. Crystal always had a name for my mom she called her manson.. lol she would say so how's manson doing? because my mom was a very protective mom and she loved her like her own daughter. I remember so many good, great things me n her shared. She was a very caring friend and always there for me. She was also there for everyone else. She had a big heart for everyone she loved. Very smart woman.... I will always keep our memories with me our laughs we had, our good times n bad... I couldn't ask the Creator for a better friend than Crystal. I love you and miss you.
